This is a series of workshops designed to explore the role of the leaders throughout the organization, and give people enhanced planning and management skills. This includes hands on experiential training in fundamentals such as:

  • Developing a plan of action using our nine layer planning tool
  • Change formula analysis
  • Task management (e.g., the Task Cycle)
  • Organizing and running meetings (meeting planning tools and the four essential meeting roles)
  • How to assess an organization’s readiness for significant improvement efforts
  • How to develop and utilize a Vision and Operating Principles
  • How to do an Industry Analysis
  • How to develop a Sustainable Competitive Advantage
  • Conflict resolution techniques (e.g., Critical Incident Analysis; the Expectations Exchange; using the "Law of Three" to find solutions; inclusion and diffusion techniques)
  • Listening and communications skills (Dynamic Forces training; use of Receptive Will feedback techniques)

Executive Coaching

HHCG offers individualized coaching for executives designed to address specific business and leadership challenges. These meetings are tailored to the unique demands of the situation. It offers a chance to work privately one-on-one and focus on those issues that stand in the way of success. The focus may be on project dynamics, personal leadership skills, change effort management, political considerations, commitment building, or anything else that can enhance the likelihood of success.
